She began practicing yoga in the early 1990’s and Iyengar yoga in 2002. Peggy studies with MYC director, Susan Goulet and senior teachers, Chris Saudek, Mary Obendorfer and Eddy Marks. She also continues to attend many workshops with other senior teachers.
